A play that was written by Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer & Henry Shields from Mischief,  has been successfully performed in London’s West End for more than 10 years. The British version of the play won the prestigious Laurence Olivier Award for Best New Comedy. This is a franchise, today it is shown in more than 30 countries all over world in different languages, and all the performances are exact copies of the original version. The Broadway version of the play is considered by many to be Broadway’s funniest hit.

“The Play That Goes Wrong” is a global phenomenon that is guaranteed to make your stomach hurt from laughter! British humor, a mixture of Monty Python and Sherlock Holmes, where everything quickly turns from bad to completely catastrophic.

You all know the classic British story: there has been a murder at a manor and an inspector is set on the case to find who the culprit is. However, when this plot is given to the accident-prone thespians at The Cornley Drama Society, everything that can go wrong… does!

Props don’t stay on the walls, actors forget their lines, even the floor of the stage collapses. Despite the force majeure, the heroes of this story are determined to follow through.

The play is being created jointly by three theaters – Left Bank Theater (Ukraine), Dailes Theater (Latvia), Mischief (UK).

❗ Attention ❗ Photo and video shooting during the performance is prohibited ❗ In case of violation of this rule, you will have to leave the hall without compensation for the ticket price.
